In Singapore, ICAEW has signed a Reciprocal Membership Agreement (RMA) with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA)2. Without having to fulfil additional professional or educational requirements, an ICAEW member can apply for an ISCA membership and be conferred the CA (Singapore) designation, which is recognised as a mark of professional excellence and a pre-requisite to be a public accountant in Singapore.

Exemptions For ACCA Students And Affiliates
- ACCA affiliates who have passed strategic option papers - Advanced Audit and Assurance (AAA) and Advanced Taxation (ATX) will be eligible for a maximum of 12 papers exemption from ICAEW examination. That means that there are only 3 papers at the advanced level that you must complete.
- ACCA affiliates with ATX only will be eligible for 11 papers exemption.
- ACCA affiliates with AAA only will be eligible for 10 papers exemption.
- ACCA affiliates without AAA and ATX will be eligible for 9 papers exemption.
